At ALDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Items

  Ensure your footwear or accessories are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your ALDO account or use the guest order tracker to print a prepaid shipping label or find your nearest store.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it at any authorized courier location, or bring the items directly to an ALDO store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed at our warehouse or in-store, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
